After retiring from a full-time legal practice specializing in labor and employment law, Mark Doré has joined the TAMS Team of Mediators.

After 40 years in private practice focused on employment law and employment litigation, Mark is now devoted exclusively to mediation of employment disputes. His secure knowledge has given him an inherent understanding of both sides of a case. The breadth of his work encompassed almost any workplace dispute, including cases of discrimination, harassment, retaliation and more. He is adept at navigating the complex human dynamics in play.

Mark was Board Certified in Labor & Employment Law from 1987-2024, was voted Best Lawyers in America - Labor & Employment Litigation (Defense) from 2013-2024, selected “Lawyer of the Year,” Labor & Employment Litigation (Defense) in El Paso in 2022, voted a Texas Super Lawyer in Labor & Employment Law/Employment Litigation (Defense) 2007-2024, and rated “AV Preeminent” by Martindale Hubbell since 2000.

Mark is licensed to practice in both Texas and New Mexico and was admitted in a Federal Districts in Texas and admitted pro hac vice in several states.
